Knuckles In Sonic 1

Knuckles in Sonic 1 is a fan-made modification of the original Sonic the Hedgehog that allows players to experience the classic adventure as Knuckles the Echidna. Originally, Knuckles did not appear until Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but this creative ROM hack brings Sega's powerful red echidna back to the very beginning of Sonic's journey.

The game follows the same story and level structure as the original Sonic the Hedgehog. Dr. Eggman is once again capturing innocent animals and transforming them into robots while searching for the Chaos Emeralds. This time, however, it is Knuckles who steps up to save South Island. Thanks to his unique abilities, familiar stages feel completely different, offering a fresh way to enjoy one of the most iconic platform games ever created.
